About Us

Careline Services is a domiciliary care service that has been operating for over 30 years. We are passionate about the care we provide and make sure that we only employ people who have a vocation in care.
Our staff have extensive training, which is updated every year to make sure that they have the skills required to care for you.
Our agency is split into 4 areas, which united, cover most of Derbyshire. Because we have split the areas, each one is more easily managed with a Care Coordinator and a field coordinator.
We offer out-of-hours support for staff and service users in case of emergency. This is offered between 6 am and 10.30 pm.
Our office is open 7 days a week and also on bank holidays and Christmas.
We have a very good local reputation, and our existing customers refer us to their friends.
