About Us
Treetops is a 28 bedded residential home, located in beautiful countryside close to Alfreton in Derbyshire. We provide a high quality, safe and personalised service that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life for all service users. It has established care pathways through partnership to facilitate the realisation of maximum independence for the people who use its services.
We specialise in supporting people with enduring mental health difficulties including people who also have a learning disability. We provide 24hr care and support due to their complex needs and/or challenging behaviours. Our care packages are developed in partnership with the individual, their support network and the community based multi-disciplinary team, we aim to ensure that all identified needs are met promoting empowerment and achievement for the persons receiving support and care. We promote strong links with the local community facilitating people to access local amenities, public transport and education opportunities. We hold the belief that this enables social integration and aids effective independence. The home also has a structured programme to assist individuals back to work through supported commercial activities within the home and at other locations.
