Brambles is a modern family run care home of quality and distinction located in the beautiful village of Wye. The area is steeped in history and boasts some of the finest scenery and walks available throughout the Kent countryside. The historic village of Wye has a good range of local shops within strolling distance including a post office, chemist, bank, supermarket and doctors surgery. There are also a selection of traditional inns and eating establishments nearby.

Brambles is a safe and secure environment in which we encourage each resident to lead an independent and active lifestyle balanced with the appropriate level of physical and emotional support, Brambles is part of the local community and as such many clients are assisted to maintain their links with social centers and community groups, churches, pubs and clubs within the local area. Regular client meetings ensure that our clients have the opportunity to influence how their home is run, shaping the program of social events and activities within the home.
Delicious home cooked food is prepared on the premises and our chefs produce a varied and wholesome menu, we have two delightful and spacious dining areas here at Brambles where clients can join the company of others at mealtimes as desired.

Here at Brambles we have our very own well equipped hair salon which is run by an experienced hair stylist. A range of complimentary therapies can also be booked/arranged to suit individuals requirements. We also have 3 comfortable lounge areas where clients can meet up , have a chat with friends, read, play games or enjoy the entertainment that is arranged from time to time.

Levels of care are tailored to individual requirements and an individual care plan is in place for all the clients and reviewed on a regular basis. Clients are encouraged to complete their care plans with a key worker and wherever possible this key-worker would be involved with the client on a day to day basis. Staff are on duty 24 hours a day and our dedicated, caring team are trained nationally recommended and/or to National Vocational Standards, so clients and their families can be assured of the best level of care at all times.
