Located in the heart of Barking, roughly 2 minutes walk from the station! Fern Care Services Limited is committed to providing exceptional domiciliary care, enabling you or your loved one to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the familiar surroundings of home.

With a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our team of dedicated staff members strives to deliver a compassionate person centred care tailored to each individual’s needs, respecting their dignity, culture, religion and personal preferences. We offer services that caters to a wide range of conditions including dementia (e.g. Alzheimer’s), learning disability, physical disability, complex health needs, end of life care and more. We provide care for children, adults from 18 years and above, including the elderly. We provide a variety of flexible options that ranges from hourly visits to full-time live-in and overnight care.

Our carers are well trained and vastly experienced. They are available for companionship, personal care, administration of medication, support, meal preps, escorted outings, shopping, and help with domestic tasks. We also provide specialised support such as convalescence, catheter, PEG feeding, and more. We provide Double-up care (two carers per visit), male or female carers, and also LGBTQ+ support to suit the requirements of the service user.

We boast a very diverse team, we pride ourselves on cultural sensitivity and are pleased to provide support in English, Bengali, Hindi, Igbo, Yoruba and many more.

Our team is fully DBS checked to ensure safe and responsible recruitment. Our workforce maintains up-to-date Infection Prevention and Control training in accordance with best practice.
