Middleton Care Limited is a community focused organisation with very high standards when delivering our service. We have a positive caring commitment to people, whether those are service users or staff members. While accessing our service, we want you to have maximum choice, control and power over your person-centred care. However, if you are unable to express your need personally, we will always provide care and protection for you regardless of any illness or disability. This company is committed to providing, and continuously developing the highest standard of person-centred service for all users, in order to fulfil their assessed needs. To help us achieve this we work in collaboration with all local authorities, other health care professionals, service providers, family members and caregivers etc.

This will be endorsed by the company policy to recruit, train and support empathetic and trustworthy staff, who are committed to delivering the highest standards of reliable and person-centred care. All of our staff will work as an effective team to fulfil the assessed person-centred needs of service users to ensure their well-being and quality of life.

We encourage all service users’ contributions in maximising control over their health and well-being, independence, dignity and self-respect. We strongly believe that the relationship between the service user and the care worker is key to the success of our service. We think this is a strong supporting principle of our company’s commitment to people.

Our caring approach will enable service users to live safe, happy and active lives in their own homes and partake in activities, so far as they are able and wish, in their local communities.
