About Us
Cedars House is a residential care home in Barnet, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and additional complex needs. Part of CareTech, we provide personalised support in a warm, inclusive setting.
Our team is experienced in a range of health and care needs, including PEG feeding, epilepsy management, hoisting, diabetes care, and catheterisation. Support is tailored to each person, promoting independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
The home is a spacious, accessible bungalow with wheelchair access throughout. It’s divided into two smaller sections to support a sense of community and make the environment feel calm and familiar. Cedars House accommodates up to 12 people and offers a homely, supportive atmosphere where individuals can form friendships and build meaningful routines.
Facilities include a sensory room designed to support relaxation and emotional regulation, and a large garden where people can enjoy fresh air, physical activity, or quiet time outdoors.
We encourage community participation and provide wheelchair-accessible transport for appointments, social outings, and leisure activities.
Located close to local shops, parks, and amenities, Cedars House offers easy access to everything needed for an active and fulfilling life, both at home and in the community.
