About Us

Clayburn Lodge is a high-quality supported living service providing safe, person-centred accommodation and tailored support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs. The service is designed to promote independence, dignity, and meaningful lifestyles, in line with the principles of the Care Act and local authority commissioning frameworks.

The service offers a comfortable and homely environment where individuals are supported to develop daily living skills, maintain their health and wellbeing, and actively engage with their local community. Support is delivered by a skilled and compassionate staff team, trained in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), safeguarding, and person-centred approaches, ensuring that care is responsive to each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and aspirations.

Clayburn Lodge focuses on enabling individuals to have choice and control over their lives. Support includes assistance with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, budgeting, and accessing education, employment, or social opportunities where appropriate. The service also promotes the development of positive relationships with family, friends, and wider support networks.

Risk is managed proactively through robust assessment and planning, while still encouraging positive risk-taking to build confidence and independence. The service works closely with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes.

Clayburn Lodge is committed to delivering high standards of care, ensuring individuals feel safe, valued, and empowered to live fulfilling lives within their home and community.
