We have extensive experience supporting people living with a wide range of health conditions, including dementia (including Alzheimer's disease), Parkinson's disease, stroke, diabetes, physical disabilities, and those requiring palliative or end-of-life care. We also provide specialist support for people with catheter and stoma care, PEG feeding, and sensory impairments.
Our flexible care services range from 30-minute visits to overnight care, with double-up care (two carers attending together) available for people with more complex needs. Whether you require short-term support following illness or hospital discharge, respite care, long-term condition management, or regular companionship, we will work with you to develop a care plan that promotes your independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
We welcome both privately funded clients and those receiving Local Authority funding, including Direct Payments (and arrangements where a top-up applies). Our care rates start from £29.57 per hour.
At Cygnet Care (Devon) Limited, we pride ourselves on providing professional, reliable, and compassionate care that enables people to remain in the place they know and love—their own home.
