uardian Supported Living Ltd is a supported living and care service located at 3 Botteville Road, Acocks Green, Birmingham (B27 7YE). The service provides accommodation and personalised support to adults with a range of needs, enabling them to live as independently as possible within a safe and supportive environment.

The service operates within a supported living setting consisting of individual apartments within a converted building, where residents live in their own self-contained accommodation while receiving tailored support based on their assessed needs. Housing and care are provided through separate arrangements to promote independence and choice.

Guardian Supported Living supports adults and younger adults aged 16 and above who may have a variety of needs including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, dementia, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and substance misuse or complex social needs. The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide regulated activities including personal care.

The organisation focuses on person-centred support, working closely with residents, families, and professionals to develop individualised care and support plans. Support aims to help residents develop life skills, confidence, and independence, including assistance with daily living tasks such as budgeting, meal preparation, medication management, attending health appointments, maintaining accommodation, and accessing community activities.

Guardian Supported Living promotes a safe, inclusive and supportive environment, encouraging residents to build confidence, improve wellbeing, and progress toward greater independence within the community. The service works in partnership with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and community services in Birmingham to ensure residents receive coordinated and holistic support.

The service is based in Acocks Green, a well-connected area in south-east Birmingham with access to local transport, shops, and community facilities, enabling residents to engage with the wider community and maintain independent lifestyles
