At Hillside Care Services CIC, we believe every individual deserves compassionate, person-centred care tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle. Our wide range of services includes personal care, companionship, medication support, and specialist care for complex conditions such as dementia (including Alzheimer’s), Parkinson’s, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and physical frailty. We are also experienced in providing sensitive palliative and end-of-life care, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times.

Our professional and friendly team delivers flexible options—from hourly visits and overnight support to live-in care—enabling you to receive as much or as little assistance as you require. We cater to diverse requirements, including complex medical needs (catheter, PEG feeding, stoma care), rehabilitation, convalescence, and tailored nutritional support for specific dietary preferences and cultural or faith-based needs.

Hillside Care Services CIC welcomes clients funded privately, through local authority (with or without top-up), or the NHS Continuing Healthcare scheme, with our hourly rates starting from just £29. We also offer respite care to support family carers, and our carers can provide escorted trips, shopping assistance, and companionship, ensuring a vibrant and engaged daily life.

Our caring team reflects the diversity of our community, with both male and female carers, and we fully support LGBTQ+ clients and those with sensory impairments. We’re also pet friendly—because we know how important animal companions can be.
