SRS Care Ltd pride themselves in the care and attention we provide to individuals using the service and supporting each member of the team. SRS Care have ensured all calls are attended at preferred client times to best meet their needs. Regular client reviews have taken place to ensure their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the care provided. This also has been highlight any additional needs. SRS management have formed good relationships with other agencies to ensure holistic needs are managed well. SRS have been able to manage the changing needs of their clients by providing additional care where needed, reducing care where appropriate and providing additional care to cover holidays and trips with families. Client families have provided good feedback about the care their family members are receiving. They have also recommended us to others.
