Located in the heart of Solihull Parkway, Birmingham Business Park, Transforming Support (Birmingham) is dedicated to providing high-quality domiciliary (home care) services tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or a loved one, we understand the importance of receiving compassionate care in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.
Our highly trained and experienced carers offer a wide range of services including personal care, companionship, domestic help, food preparation, medication assistance, and escorted trips. We provide specialised support for adults aged 18 and over, including those living with complex health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mental health needs, sensory impairments, or physical disabilities. We also offer expertise in challenging behaviour, diabetic care, and convalescence support.
Our flexible care options cover hourly visits, overnight stays, double-up care (two carers per visit), respite care for family carers, and 24-hour support, ensuring you can select the level of help that suits your lifestyle and requirements. We are pet friendly and can also support you with shopping and sit-in services, promoting comfort and independence at home.
At Transforming Support (Birmingham), you have the reassurance of choosing from male or female carers and a service committed to maintaining dignity, respect, and continuity. Our care is available to privately funded clients, and we also work in partnership with Local Authorities and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding.
