About Us

Welcome to PNP Care Home we are located in the area of Blackpool, we can accommodate 20 residents - We have a 'Good' rating from CQC, as well as a 5 rating for the homes kitchen. We can provide accommodation for people who have been diagnosed with dementia, .this also includes the following respite care, day care and discharge to assess. We have a passionate and dedicated team ready to welcome any new residents, we have a good skill set of staff who have knowledge and understanding around dementia. Reminiscing is an important factor as our past experiences mould are values, beliefs in later life, dementia is of course life changing, we provide the best possible support that we can, ensuring that residents experience quality care, within positive and safe surroundings.
We are small but friendly and person centred, our staff retention is good, we strive to deliver a good service, and embrace feedback so that we are able to monitor are standards. We will accommodate end of life care whenever possible, as we feel consistency is paramount to a person well-being, our residents are at the heart of our services, we have a good relationship with local services, including health care professionals, commissioners, and other local authorities.
