Located in the Middleton-on-Sea area of Bognor Regis, PRN Homecare provides compassionate, professional domiciliary care tailored to your unique needs. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering the highest quality service, as reflected in our ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

We offer flexible hourly rates starting from £29.70 and accept a variety of funding arrangements, including private/self-funding, Local Authority support (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). Whether you are seeking care for yourself or a loved one, we cater for adults from 18 years upwards, including elderly individuals, with our broad range of care services.

Our team specialises in supporting complex conditions such as dementia (including Alzheimer’s), Parkinson’s disease, cancer care, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and autism, mental health, stroke, physical disabilities, and more. We offer both hourly and 24-hour support, personal and palliative care, as well as rehabilitation and convalescence services.

PRN Homecare appreciates that true support goes beyond clinical needs. We provide companionship, domestic help, food preparation suited to dietary preferences (including vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher and more), assistance with medication, shopping, transportation, and community trips. We also offer pet-friendly services—our staff are comfortable around animals and can assist with walking and feeding.

Double-up care, overnight support, respite for carers, and complex inclusive care are available. You may request male or female carers for comfort and continuity. In addition to English, our team can support Latvian-speaking clients.
