Care is flexible and responsive, supporting privately funded clients, Local Authority packages, and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). The team supports a wide range of needs, including dementia, complex health conditions, stroke recovery, physical and sensory impairments, and palliative and end-of-life care.
