CJP Outreach Services Ltd is a values led social care provider dedicated to delivering high quality, person centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and other support requirements. We specialise in flexible outreach and community based services that enable people to live meaningful, independent lives within their own homes and communities.
Our support is shaped around everyone’s strengths, goals, and aspirations.
