About Us
John Cabot House is accredited through Headway and is a specialised service delivering community based rehabilitation for individuals with brain injuries. We support a spectrum of complex and cognitive needs and are designed to provide a full continuum of care, support and enablement.
John Cabot House is a home in the Brislington area of Bristol, which can accommodate eight people we support. The house is a newly-refurbished and generously spacious, with an internal specification to reflect modern day style and levels of comfort. It offers six bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. There are three spacious communal living areas, an additional training kitchen and a conservatory looking out over our secluded walled gardens.
John Cabot House also has two self-contained ground floor apartments. These apartments offer the opportunity for individuals to experience greater independence, with the reassurance of the 24-hour support in the adjacent service. The apartments also offer flexibility for those with moderate to high support needs who wish to live alone or find it difficult to live within a group setting.
