Reto Care is a domiciliary care agency whose primary aim is to provide excellent quality care to service users within the community and in the comfort of their homes.
The Reto Care mission statement is:
To be the first choice provider of services supporting individuals in their own homes, through partnership, quality and staff ownership.
In order to achieve this aim, they have set the following objectives:

The Services they provide
Reto Care is able to provide a wide range of personal, domestic and social support including:
•Assistance with personal hygiene including bathing and hair washing
•Continence management
•Assistance with mobility
•Assistance with maintaining hydration and nutrition
•Medication supervision
•Support with social interaction
•Household management including shopping, cleaning
*Palliative care
*Care for individuals with learning difficulties
*Care of the elderly
*Sitting services - day and night sits
*Live-in care
These services are provided on the following basis:
•24 hours
•All day
•Overnight
•Twice to six times daily
•Once daily
•Monday to Friday
•Every other day
•Weekends
•Weekly
•Bank Holidays
