We are a CQC-registered provider of high-quality home care and support services, dedicated to helping people live safely, independently, and with dignity in the place they know and love most – their own home.

We understand that inviting someone into your home is a significant decision. That's why we place relationships, trust, and compassion at the heart of everything we do. Our aim is not only to provide practical support but also to promote wellbeing, independence, confidence, and quality of life for every person we support.

Our personalised care and support packages are tailored to individual needs, preferences, routines, and goals. We support people with a wide range of needs, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, life-limiting illnesses, and other circumstances where additional support is needed to maintain independence at home.

Whether someone requires a little help around the house, personal care, companionship, or more specialist support, we work closely with them and those important to them to create a service that reflects what matters most to them. We also offer respite support, providing family members and informal carers with valuable time to rest and recharge, knowing their loved one is in safe and caring hands.

Personal Care Support

Our personal care services are delivered sensitively, respectfully, and at a pace that suits the individual. Support may include:

Getting in and out of bed
Dressing support
Bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
Washing, shaving, and oral care
Hair washing and care
Nail care (filing only)
Support with eating and drinking
Assistance with toileting needs
Medication checks and support
Domestic and Lifestyle Support

We recognise that maintaining a comfortable home and staying connected to the community are important parts of living independently. Our support can include:

Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
Laundry, ironing, and changing bedding
Washing up and meal preparation
Shopping and household tasks
Sitting services and companionship
Social support and accompanied outings

While we provide a wide range of support services, we do not offer nursing care, heavy domestic work, or support requiring two-person manual handling.

We believe that good care starts with listening. Every person we support is treated as an individual, with their own experiences, preferences, beliefs, and aspirations. We respect each person's right to make choices about their life and support them to remain in control of decisions about their care.

We value and respect cultural, religious, spiritual, and personal differences and are committed to providing support that reflects what is important to each individual. We will always take the time to understand how someone wishes to live, how they would like to be supported, and who they would like involved in planning their care.

Before support begins, we complete a comprehensive assessment that considers all aspects of an individual's wellbeing, including physical, emotional, psychological, social, cultural, spiritual, and practical needs. Together, we develop a personalised support plan that reflects their wishes and desired outcomes. We will never make changes to agreed support without consultation and consent.
