About Us

Westbrook Care Ltd is a UK-based specialist care provider focused on helping people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex conditions who often struggle to get the right support. We do supported living, visiting care, live-in care and tailored packages that meet real life needs, not off-the-shelf solutions.

We meet people where they are. That means personalised support plans built around what matters most to each individual — independence, dignity and quality of life. We’re regulated by the Care Quality Commission and committed to high standards in every home we work in.

Our team is trained, experienced and picked for empathy as much as competence. We invest in our staff so they can do more than just “turn up” — they make a difference every day.

We work closely with families, housing partners and communities to build support networks that last. Whether it’s short-term visiting care, 24-hour in-home support, or long-term supported living, our goal is the same: help people live with choice, purpose and confidence.
