Led by Founder, Managing Director, and Registered Manager Faiza Issa, our organisation provides tailored care designed to help individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

We provide a flexible range of home care solutions across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas:
Personal Care & Daily Support: Assistance with morning and evening routines, washing, showering, dressing, continence care, and skin care application.
Medication Management: Support with prompt and accurate administration of prescribed medications, eye drops, and ear drops.
Meal Preparation & Hydration: Preparing nutritional meals aligned with personal preferences, dietary constraints, and cultural requirements, alongside dedicated feeding support and drink preparation.
Domestic & Housekeeping Services: Light domestic work, laundry, bed linen changes, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
Specialist & Mobility Support: Experienced in supporting individuals with complex needs, mobility impairments, physical disabilities, visual impairments, and conditions such as Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), utilizing hoists and transfer equipment safely.
Community Access & Escorting: Assistance with grocery shopping, running essential errands, and accompanying clients to medical appointments or social outings.
Flexible Care Plans: Options ranging from short visits (45-minute and 1-hour calls) to 12-hour overnight active/sleeping night care, respite care, and live-in care arrangements.

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. Our workforce maintains up-to-date Infection Prevention and Control training in accordance with best practice.
