We believe in providing person-centred support for all clients who require it without impinging on their personal care needs. Our services are based on supporting the individuals we care for to have increased well-being and independence in everyday life. We strive to deliver effective outcomes of support to encourage full community integration. Our support is based on having every individual lead a fulfilling life filled with meaningful relationships. We work in collaboration with each person we support, their family & friends, social workers, and other stakeholders to create a support plan that is tailored to their needs, wishes, and goals. Our Carers receive high-quality training to ensure consistency and continuity in the support that we provide. Our services are mainly focused on providing support to individuals in a helpful, friendly, and considerate manner.

Bumade Healthcare Services LTD was created because we believe that with the right support, care, and stimulation, people who want to stay within our accommodation can be helped to live happy, relatively independent, and healthy lives for longer. This is based on both personal experiences of caring for loved ones, combined with a passion for trying to combat the loneliness and isolation that many people (especially the elderly) may experience, and a genuine interest in their lives and experiences.

Bumade Healthcare Services LTD makes life better for the clients by considering their personal interests, habits, likes, and dislikes. We take great care to ensure that our Carers genuinely love the work they do, carry it out in an empathetic manner, respecting the wishes of those we care for, whilst ensuring their safety.

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. Infection Prevention and Control training is completed and kept up to date across the workforce. Please get in touch for further information about the team.
