About Us
Chelmsford Care Centre provides person-centred residential and nursing care in a home situated in Howe Green, Chelmsford. The team offer care for a wide range of requirements including (but not limited to) dementia and Alzheimer's, cancer, epilepsy and brain injuries. They are compassionate and caring, dedicating time to get to know each resident on a personal level so they can better understand the care they need as well as their personal preferences.
There are 70 bedrooms in the home, all with en suite facilities and a phone and television point. There is a spacious dining area to enjoy meals prepared by the in house kitchen team.
