Overview
24a Corporation Road is purpose built, fully accessible registered care home, based in the city of Chelmsford which employs sixteen members of staff, providing 24/7 care for eight adults with a physical/learning disability. Always offering a personalised approach in ensuring that the care and support given is tailored to meet their specific, individual need.We officially opened in May 1995 and became a registered charity in May 2013. As a registered charity we are in a better position to apply for grants, both locally and nationally, raising funds to ensure we can support all the wonderful activities that people using our services would like to do to improve their lives. We continue to thrive and develop in all forms of care and support, through training and experience, always ensuring the care given to your loved one is appropriate and to a high standard.
Our ultimate goal at Corporation Road and within the Vibrance organisation is to support vulnerable people to lead their lives as they wish and to challenge the barriers that prevent the individual choice and fulfilment via our own core values which are implemented thoroughly through our home.
