About Us


69 Chartridge Lane, Chesham, HP5 2RG, is one of three services belonging to the Centurion Care group and rated GOOD by CQC in August 2023.
We are a 6 resident, learning disability service with 4 staff in the day, a sleep in and a waking night. Each resident is supported with an individually tailored package of support, in line with their social services care assessment.

Our staff enable individuals to realise their hopes, dreams, and aspirations. They work as part of a team and promote the aims and values of the company. Throughout the shift it is our responsibility to document any concerns in a timely and appropriate manner; to follow all reasonable management instructions, promote a high quality of service and to work in partnership with colleagues, appropriate family, friends, and other professionals.
