UNIC Care Services Ltd is a dedicated Health and Social Care provider, and we specialise in providing support services for adults aged 18-65 with Learning Disabilities, Autism Disorder, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health Conditions, Dementia, and Sensory Impairments.

Elm House
Elm House is a Residential Care home, proudly rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Situated in the Bolsover area of Chesterfield, our warm and welcoming environment offers personalised care tailored to the individual needs of every resident. We specialise in supporting adults aged 18-65 and over with Learning Disabilities, Autism Disorder, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health Conditions, Young-onset Dementia, and Sensory Impairments in ensuring respectful and attentive support for all.
Our home has a wide range of comfortable facilities including beautiful gardens, a quiet area, a dining room, lounge, and a designated smoking area. Residents can enjoy free on-site parking, and we offer an escort service to appointments. With activities such as bingo, group outings, and our thriving community atmosphere, residents have every opportunity to socialise, relax, and enjoy life at Elm House.

Rooms at Elm House are designed with comfort and independence in mind. Residents can bring their own furniture, and all rooms are equipped with WiFi, TV points, and a choice of en suite or communal bathrooms. Ground-floor rooms are available for easy access.

We accept a variety of funding options, including self-funding (private), Local Authority with top-up, Local Authority, and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC).

Our ideal location is close to many local amenities such as a supermarket, convenience store, dentist, doctor’s surgery, bus and train stations, a park, and a bar—ensuring residents can remain connected to the community.
