As part of our care service we undertake a pre-admission assessment, where our residents are asked to complete a ‘Life Biography’. This enables us to get a better understanding of your loved one, and to tailor our service based on likes and dislikes. Our dining experience respects resident choice, with options to dine in company or in the privacy of your own room. We offer protected mealtimes, and our chef prepares nutritious meals to suit individual preferences and dietary requirements.

Families and friends are always welcome, and we offer excellent facilities such as family rooms, free on-site parking, and easy wheelchair access throughout. For added convenience, we provide escort services to appointments and on-site laundry, while the local community amenities – including a doctor’s surgery, supermarket, and park – are just moments away.
