About Us
Cossins House Care Home is nestled in the pretty Surrey village of Cobham, not far from Cobham Park and the village’s array of shops, cafes and restaurants. Cossins House is a renovated period property set in four acres of grounds, and offers high quality residential care and respite care in a warm and friendly environment.
Our bedrooms are set across two floors, and on the ground floor there’s a communal lounge and dining room for all the residents to enjoy. All furnishings and decor throughout the home are of an exceptionally high standard. Most of our bedrooms are afforded views of our stunning grounds, where you’ll find patio areas, a paved walkway and a variety of wildlife.
Activities vary each week: from walks and piano recitals, to gardening and trips out. And everything’s flexible – if it’s sunny we try and get outside, so everyone can appreciate the best of the day. We have a dedicated Activities Coordinator who oversees everything, and our residents vote on their suggestions at our monthly activity meetings, so we can be sure everyone’s looking forward to something, every day.
The chef checks in with the residents twice a day to chat about their meal choices and hear their requests. At Cossins House, we love our food. We firmly believe that when you eat well, you live well too. Each day, our chef prepares restaurant-style meals combining variety with a balanced diet and an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients.
