About Us

No 39 provides a service for eight Individuals who have a mental health diagnosis, a learning disability, and who may also present with Autism and Challenging Behaviour. The nature of the service and the support packages we offer means that we willingly work with individuals who may challenge, maybe difficult to engage with and who are experiencing placement breakdowns.
The home is designed to be wherever possible an environment that reflects domestic living arrangements.
There are eight apartments, five of which are located on the ground floor and three on the first floor. Each apartment consists of a lounge/ kitchen, bedroom and a wet room/bathroom.
There is a locked medication room on both the ground and first floor and a secure COSHH storage room.
The communal areas consist of a large lounge, and a small kitchenette for staff to make drinks etc.
The front of the building provides an ample car park for 6 vehicles and the rear offers a large garden area with provisions for garden furniture, a patio and a planting areas.
The service provides comfortable and spacious accommodation within a suburban setting.
We are sited opposite a trampoline park and the home has a local post office/ convenience store, local garage both in walking distance. The local bus gives as easy access to Bedworth and Coventry City Centre for shopping.
