Acting as a bridge between hospital care and supported living, we welcome individuals from Coventry and Warwickshire, and further afield, all of whom will benefit from the exceptional care and rehabilitation support we offer. Hawthorne House is situated in the heart of England and is well served by national road and rail networks.

Specialist Person-centred Nursing Care
We also provide specialist care for adults whose complex support needs other healthcare services cannot meet, for example those with challenging behaviour. We offer these residents a period of monitoring and rehabilitation to stabilise or improve their existing condition/s.

Our home is fully equipped to promote independent daily living, helping individuals to relearn skills or adapt to new ways of completing everyday tasks, such as dressing or cooking. The home features a gym and training kitchen, both of which we use to help service users achieve their independence.

At Hawthorne House we use a person-centred approach, which recognises all residents’ individual health needs, interests, hobbies, faith, and emotional wellbeing. The person-centred approach enables all our residents to make their own choices in relation to meals, activities, and outings.

Our personalised and compassionate care ensures that each resident receives optimum nursing care to meet their clinical needs, as well as making them feel valued and supporting them to live each day to the full. Hawthorne House offers a comfortable, welcoming environment, where each resident can enjoy the social benefits of shared living while having their own private living area for rest and relaxation. Service users can enjoy our café lounge on the ground floor, with fresh, homemade cakes every day from our professional kitchen, and access to our well-maintained gardens, where they can enjoy each other’s company in calm, peaceful and pleasant surroundings. We pride ourselves on providing residents with a varied and fresh menu each day; our highly trained kitchen staff ensure we meet their nutritional needs and consider their dietary preferences.
