About Us
At Parkgate Road, we provide tailored support to five adults with learning and physical disabilities, along with associated healthcare needs. The individuals living in our home are in their 20s and 30s, participating in a variety of activities both within the home and in the local community. These include educational programs, leisure pursuits, and social clubs.
Our home offers spacious communal areas, an accessible garden, and the cosy atmosphere of a small, close-knit service. A passenger lift is available, making the first floor accessible to individuals who use wheelchairs.
Each person we support receives a customised support plan based on their specific needs. They are encouraged to design and participate in a weekly schedule of activities that focus on developing their personal skills and enhancing their life experiences. With flexible staffing, we ensure everyone gets the support they need to pursue activities that interest them. The ultimate goal is to foster life skills that enable greater independence in the future.
