I would like to introduce our services to you with a view to becoming one of your Care Service Providers. DORZ Care Services Limited is CQC registered company, and our Provider ID is: 1-9817270808. We currently support Service Users within our local borough West Sussex and open to provide our staff.
We are located in Crawley – C3 Worth Corner Business Centre, Turners Hill Road, RH10 7 SL.We pride ourselves in delivering quality care to the people that require care in their homes, community, and hospital settings. We Cover the whole of West Sussex County and surrounding Areas of Surrey County Council of Oxted, Lingfield, Godstone, South Godstone, Dormansland Horley, Redhill and Dorking.
Our aim is to provide high quality care with passion for people who wish to retain independence. We provide personal care for service users and work with adults with Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Muscular dystrophy, Motor neurons, Palliative care, and all other complex health conditions just to mention a few.
Our care and support services are delivered by highly trained carers under the guidance of our Registered Care Manager.
Our services are flexible, and a care and support package can range from 30 minutes to few hours a day and round the clock to live-in-care. Our Service Users are those who, because of advanced age, ill-health or disability, find it difficult to cope with their day-to-day needs.
We also provide double up care, support for all personal care, medication management and supervision, support with housework, companionship, personal assistant, escorting clients to health appointments, Hospital Sitting and Support, follow up hospital discharge care, social events and even holidays, collecting prescriptions on behalf of Service Users and many more.
At DORZ Care Services Limited, the comfort and safety of our Service Users is our priority and business.
This is achieved by ensuring that we have a well-trained and supported workforce, and we have built expertise acquired over two and a half years providing care in the community.
All our staff are fully trained, DBS checked and are committed to working towards the general well-being of the Service Users, always considering each Service User’s individuality, Cultural Background, ability, and values.
We offer a full range of practical and personal help, tailored to an individual’s requirements. Our services are available short or long term, from a 30-minute call to 24-hour Care. We have the capacity to enabling us to meet our staffing needs and to extend our areas of operation.
I would be very grateful if you could help us navigate the process of Registering with you as a Provider. We are proud to be a member of UK Homecare Association (UKHCA).
