About Us
Mayfield House is a welcoming care home in Crewe, providing personalised care within a warm, friendly and comfortable environment.
CareConcepts took ownership in September 2026, marking the start of an exciting new chapter. A programme of improvements is underway to enhance the home and create attractive, comfortable spaces for residents and their families to enjoy.
The dedicated team takes time to understand each resident as an individual, including their life story, interests, routines and personal preferences. Care is tailored around each person, helping residents maintain their independence while receiving the reassurance and support they need.
Mayfield House has a full-time Activities Team Leader who plans a varied programme of meaningful activities, entertainment and special events. Residents are encouraged to remain active, develop new interests and continue enjoying the things that matter most to them.
Good food, companionship and a genuine sense of belonging are central to life at Mayfield House. Families are kept involved and welcomed as an important part of the home’s community.
The team is committed to providing compassionate, respectful care and creating a happy home filled with kindness, dignity, love and laughter.
