About Us

At Bethal Manna, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of person-centred care to all our service users. Our approach is rooted in empowering individuals to actively participate in decisions about their care, ensuring that every support plan is tailored to meet their unique needs. We design bespoke care packages that promote independence, dignity, and inclusion within the community.

We specialise in supporting adults with a wide range of complex needs, including mental health conditions, forensic histories, learning disabilities, autism, and drug and alcohol dependencies. Our expertise enables us to provide compassionate, structured, and effective support to individuals with diverse and often overlapping challenges.

Our aim is to help each individual achieve their optimum level of functioning by enhancing their overall wellbeing. We focus on recovery and rehabilitation, supporting service users to build meaningful, independent lives.

We have extensive experience supporting individuals with:

Enduring mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety

Forensic histories, including individuals subject to Ministry of Justice restrictions

Dual diagnoses, including combinations of mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, substance misuse, and behavioural challenges

Our care is underpinned by therapeutic, non-restrictive approaches, including Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) and mindfulness-based interventions. We actively promote independence and social inclusion by supporting individuals to engage with their communities, access education or employment opportunities, and participate in local activities.

Collaboration is central to our practice. We work closely with GPs, social services, community mental health teams, drug and alcohol services, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care. Access to psychological therapies is also a key part of our support framework.

Our leadership team consists of three experienced managers with specialist expertise across forensic care, learning disabilities, autism, mental health nursing, psychotherapy, and Positive Behavioural Support. This breadth of knowledge enables us to develop highly personalised care plans that truly reflect the needs and goals of each individual we support.
