Our experienced and dedicated carers provide support for many needs—including dementia (Alzheimer's), learning disabilities, mental health, physical frailty, rehabilitation, palliative/end of life care, stroke, Parkinson's, diabetes, and more. Whether you require hourly, overnight, 24-hour, live-in, or respite care, we have the expertise to help.

Wise Home Care delivers holistic assistance, from personal care and medication support to companionship, cultural support, dietary requirements, domestic help, shopping, and sit-in services. Double-up care, convalescence support, and bespoke rehabilitation plans are also available. For your comfort and preference, both male and female carers can be provided.

We proudly offer culturally sensitive support, speaking English, Afrikaans, Hindi, Punjabi, Shona, and South Ndebele, so you or your loved one will always feel heard and respected.

About The Team

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery. Services are delivered by staff who can communicate effectively in several languages including Punjabi, South Ndebele, and Shona. For additional information regarding the team, please get in touch.
