About Us
Hillbrow is a residential care home in Dover, Kent. We provide support for nine adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, epilepsy and low levels of challenging behaviour.
Our home is split into two separate buildings: the main home and a bungalow. The main house has five bedrooms and a one bedroom, self-contained flat. The bungalow is located a couple meters away, and has three bedrooms, an open plan lounge/dining area and is fully accessible for wheelchair users. There are two bathrooms which include a bath, a shower and a wet room.
Hillbrow is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Dover. We are close to a range of local amenities such as supermarkets and the local sports centre, with excellent access to the town centre via public transport. We often enjoy trips to local parks / gardens, and to the beach, taking advantage of our coastline for both walks and days out. The people we support love to engage in the community at the local sports centre, and often socialise by doing arts and crafts, taking trips to the shops, going bowling, and hosting pamper sessions at home.
