About Us

Our Founder Clare Louise a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and founded The Care Professionals to predominately support and care for individuals living in the local community.

Clare's journey started back in 1997 at the age of 16 when she embarked on a career in health and social care. Despite being so young, Clare's passion for providing outstanding care spread and in 2003 she qualified as a Registered Nurse.

After spending several years working within the NHS caring for various nursing patients Clare decided to move into the private sector where she could really make a difference within older peoples services. After several years of corporate home management and operational posts within Bupa, Barchester Healthcare and an independent service Clare found herself seeking care at home for her own family member. Clare felt that services that were being offered were often misleading or non-existent and it was at this point that Clare decided to found The Care Professionals with a hands on approach to deliver outstanding care in the local community.
