Biggs Healthcare is a leading provider of complex care at home for adults with complex clinical needs.

We deliver personalised, high-quality care for adults aged 18 and over, supporting individuals with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical disabilities to live safely, independently and with dignity.
We work with individuals that may have a range of complex needs including mental health, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
Our aim is to help individuals live in their homes within the community at large.
We adopt a person-centered approach; the personal needs and goals of service user are at the centre of care and support.
The approach embraces evidence and experience, it focuses on coordinated, personalised and enabling care.

About The Team

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. Our workforce maintains up-to-date Infection Prevention and Control training in accordance with best practice. We are able to provide services in several languages including North Ndebele, Bengali, and Venda to meet individual communication needs. Further details about the team are available upon request.
