Long serving staff provide excellent continuity of care and staffing levels are above average. A trained nurse is on duty at all times.
Carlisle Lodge is owned by Diane Lawson who has been a nurse since 1985.
Diane was the Matron until 2022 when she retired and her Deputy Simone Mills took over the Matron's role, supported by Sharon Sugars the Deputy Matron and Mandi Stovell the Support Manager.. Diane continues to visit the home every week as the Registered Provider to offer her continuing support.
