At Shamrock Care, we are committed to delivering high quality, person-centred care that enables people to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
We offer flexible domiciliary care services across Harlow, Loughton, Waltham Abbey, Epping, Chelmsford and surrounding areas. We offer care from a minimum of 30-minute visits, with services that can be increased or adapted in line with changing needs. This includes short visits, regular daily care, overnight support, and live-in care arrangements.
Our service provides companionship, support with personal care (such as washing and dressing, medication support, assistance with toileting) and help with daily living tasks including shopping and meal preparation, as well as respite for family carers. Care is tailored to each individual, reflecting their personal preferences, routines, and assessed needs, ensuring support is unhurried and delivered in a way that promotes dignity, choice, and control.
Our trained and compassionate carers support adults with a wide range of needs in a respectful and dignified way, with a focus on helping maintain independence wherever possible.
We are committed to building positive and trusting relationships with the people we support. We take time to listen, actively involve individuals in decisions about their care, and, where needed, work closely with families, local authorities and services to ensure a coordinated and responsive approach so that the right support is in place.
