Description
Safe Care Services aim to provide care service for both children and adults in need of support. We are passionate about providing excellent quality care and support to our clients in their homes and also providing supported living services as well as complex care services to service users with any condition that requires clinical support, such as Tracheostomy Management, Ventilator Care Management, Clinical Nutrition and Central Venous Line care, Gastrotomy care ( PEG and Parenteral Nutrition), Care of PICC and Hickman lines, Catheter care, Bowel and Stoma care, End of Life care with syringe driver, Palliative care, Wound Management, Epilepsy and Seizure management, Oxygen Therapy, Diabetes Management, Auto-immune and Neurological Care. Our mission and vision statements are the guiding principles behind everything we do; this means our overall objective is to assist vulnerable people to reach their full potential. We will offer 24hrs service a day, all year around. We aim to recruit experienced nurses and carers with up-to-date necessary qualifications, to ensure all the needs of our clients are met.
