About Us
Rivers Reach provides support for five adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities and additional needs, such as dual diagnoses involving mental health or health conditions. Both men and women are supported here, with most individuals having verbal communication skills.
Structured activities are encouraged during the day, with the people we support pursuing personal interests through various courses and groups. Many individuals enjoy craft activities, including rug making, and have a passion for theatre, attending shows, plays, and tribute band performances.
The home features a spacious lounge, a separate dining room, and an adjoining sun lounge, creating distinct communal areas for relaxation, socialising, or watching films.
The people we support are supported by an experienced team, who foster a calm, consistent, and caring environment. The team is committed to offering new experiences, promoting independence, and helping individuals achieve personal milestones.
