About Us

The Woodlarks Centre (TWC) is a residential care home situated in the picturesque rural area of Lower Bourne, Farnham, accommodating 23 residents. TWC can assist with the following disabilities: MS, MND, Cerebral Palsy, LD & A, Stroke and Brain Injury.
Care can be provided for those with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The Woodlarks Centre also offers short-stay services and respite care. It has a fully equipped and staffed Physiotherapy unit offering Physio to both residents and those living in the community. We have two dedicated beds for rehabilitation following a stroke or brain injury.

Planning has been granted to extend the home by a further thirteen bedrooms, including a new dining room and larger activities and physiotherapy centres. Work should be completed by 2027. The impact on the current home of the new building will be minimal during the construction phase.

TWC has a staffed activities centre offering a range of art, crafts, quizzes, and games to engage and develop the potential of both residents and day visitors. We currently have five day visitors who access this facility.

TWC is a charity exempt from registration and has a dedicated fundraising arm known as Woodlarks Empowering the Less Abled (WELA).
