About Us

At Hales Homecare North East, we provide person-centred domiciliary care to vulnerable individuals in Tyne and Wear including Gateshead, Felling and the surrounding areas.

Our extensive experience in the care sector ensures that you or your loved one will receive exceptional support from our professionally trained carers, no matter your age or requirement.

We are sensitive to your needs and one of our dedicated advisors will take the time to talk through your concerns and help create a care plan tailored to suit your specific needs. We appreciate that no two people are the same which is why we are completely flexible and the amount of care we can provide varies from a few hours a week right through to providing fully comprehensive live-in care.

Our range of services is extensive, we are happy to help you with domestic tasks such as tidying and preparing meals, as well as provide professional and sensitive personal care to assist with things like getting up, washing and dressing.

Our team is passionately committed to enhancing your life and when we build your care plan will take the time to match you with the carer most suitable to meet both your care requirement, as well as your personal interests. We appreciate the importance of consistency and will work to provide you with the same care worker, which is why many of our service users develop long-lasting friendships.
