About Us

Josephine Care Limited provides person-centred care and support to adults in their own homes and community settings, tailored to individual needs, preferences, abilities and desired outcomes.
Our services include personal care, supporting individuals with washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, continence, mobility, nutrition and other daily living activities while promoting dignity, privacy and independence. We provide care for adults over 65, supporting older people to remain safe, comfortable and independent at home through personal care, companionship, meal support, mobility assistance, appointments and monitoring of wellbeing. We also support adults under 65 with physical, cognitive, emotional or other care needs, helping them maintain independence, develop daily living skills, access their community and achieve personal goals.

Our dementia care is personalised to each individual's history, preferences, routines and communication needs. Support includes personal care, reassurance, nutrition, medication support where appropriate, companionship and monitoring changes in wellbeing.
We also provide support for adults with mental health conditions, focusing on wellbeing, independence, stability, recovery and social inclusion. Support may include daily routines, personal care, emotional reassurance, community activities, appointments and monitoring changes in presentation.
All care is delivered with dignity, compassion, respect, choice, safety and person-centred support.
