About Us

At Signature Consortium Ltd, our name reflects our approach to care. “Signature” represents care that is personal and distinctive, recognising that no two people are the same and that support should never feel one-size-fits-all. Our services support adults with a range of needs, including older people, people living with dementia, mental health needs, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. Support can include personal care, companionship, medication support, assistance with daily living and support to maintain independence, wellbeing and connection with the wider community.

Every care journey begins with an individual assessment, allowing us to understand the whole person, not simply their care needs. Care plans are developed collaboratively and reviewed as needs or circumstances change.

At Signature Consortium Ltd, our aim is to leave a positive signature on every life we touch through care that is personal, respectful, dependable and centred around the individual.

**Funding Options and Affordability**
We work with private clients, Local Authority funding (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) to ensure our services are accessible and affordable. Our hourly prices start from just £29.50.
