Brooklands Care Home

Brooklands Care Home is a modern, 28 bedded purpose built home, situated in a quiet residential area of Grimsby, specialising in providing residential and dementia residential care, as well as care for young people with physical disabilities.
Brooklands Care Home is a warm, friendly and welcoming home with spacious lounge and dining areas and quiet areas. It also has a coffee shop, a hairdressing salon as well as and a sunny garden room. Residents can enjoy the comfort of large bedrooms, with en-suite facilities. We encourage residents to bring small items from home to personalise their room, making it feel more homely.
Mealtimes represent an important part of the day and a great social occasion. At Brooklands Care Home, we work to ensure they are as enjoyable as possible, unhurried and relaxed, with everyone being given plenty of time to eat and enjoy their meal while chatting and enjoying the company of friends.
Our chef team use fresh ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible, to provide delicious, nutritionally balanced, seasonal meals. Residents always have multiple options to choose from at all meal times and can opt for something different if they change their minds when the food arrives.
At Brooklands Care Home, we want residents to live happy and fulfilled lives. By getting to know residents, our dedicated activities coordinator offers an extensive programme of activities and events, providing sensory stimulation through group activities and one to one sessions, that meet their different passions and interests.
