Marygold Care UK Ltd provides community-based and accommodation-based support services across several London boroughs and surrounding counties. The organisation currently delivers approximately 5,000 hours of home care per week and operates four supported living services, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities and other complex support requirements.

The organisation employs over 120 support workers and is supported by an experienced management and administration team comprising a Registered Manager, Operations Manager, Care Manager, HR Manager, Training and Development Manager, Accounts Manager, Care Coordinators and administrative staff. Collectively, the management team possesses extensive experience in health and social care, quality assurance, workforce development and operational management.

Marygold Care UK Ltd works in partnership with a number of local authorities and stakeholders and currently provides services across Harrow, Brent, Barnet, Buckinghamshire, Slough, Camden and Tower Hamlets. The company is committed to delivering safe, effective, responsive and person-centred services that enable people to remain independent and achieve positive outcomes within their homes and communities.

About The Team

Our team is fully DBS checked to ensure safe and responsible recruitment. Our workforce maintains up-to-date Infection Prevention and Control training in accordance with best practice.
