EVHM LLP - 370 The Ridge is the newest addition to our residential services; it is a beautifully spacious 6 bed service based in a popular residential area of Hastings, which can accommodate 6 residents - it has a 'Good' rating from the CQC. It has a wonderful garden and patio area for our residents to enjoy.

Since adding the property to our portfolio, we have carried out some significant conversions to ensure it would be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Set out with 6 large independently styled bedrooms with ample reception areas, 370 The Ridge creates an ideal living space which enhances independent living skills. There are 4 bedrooms located on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms situated in the nicely converted roof area of the home.

It’s colourful and exciting interior design has been based around the choices of the residents who live there and they are quite rightly proud of their home.

There is easy access to local facilities with plenty of shops at the nearby village. There are easy to reach travel links for Hastings town with plenty of activities in the area which are of walking distance, which are residents can enjoy.
