Gledwood Care Homes is situated in West London in a quiet residential area within reach of local shops and public transport links.
Gledwood Garden Care homes aims to provide a warm, friendly and homely atmosphere, caring for both Men and Women from 18 years upwards.
Through practical, professional and most importantly personal care services bespoke to service users needs - we aim to improve and enhance quality of life, bringing happiness and fulfilment. Gledwood Care Homes is unique in that its offering is for 6 service users in total.
The aim is to provide personalised one to one care on a one to one basis.
With over 30 years experience in Mental Health Nursing at the highest level within the NHS our goal is to deliver a home where your needs can be properly taken care of without the strains of being in larger establishments or Hospitals where the service user may feel lost or abandoned.
The care provision is aimed at service users who are in need of care due to illness, disability, or frailty of age and encompasses the following core values:
